lf any damaged in the course of carriage, and it's our mistake, we will take full responsibility to compensate the customers.
What's your MOQ if l want place an order?
Diferent products different quantity. Like breathing circuit each item minimum qty is 500pcs.Breathing system filter each item minimun qty is 2000pcs.
What's your factory payment terms?
30% Deposit, 70% balance should pay before we send out the goods.
Can l get free samples?
Samples require prepayment of both product and shipping fees. The sample cost will be fully reimbursed upon confirmation of your bulk order.

Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?
Our factory is located in Ningbo city,Zhejiang Province,China.It is about less than 2 hours from Shanghai airport, We can pick you up if you need, welcome to visit our factory.
What is your lead time?
It depends on the quantity of your order, usually 3-7 days.
