The 175ml AeroChamber Aerosol Inhaler is a medical device specially designed for precise aerosol drug delivery. Its core function is to deliver medications in mist form accurately to the nasal or oral cavity, which then act on the respiratory tract. Widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases and local medication scenarios, it boasts advantages of rapid onset, high targeting, and minimal systemic side effects compared with traditional administration methods. Especially tailored to the physiological characteristics of pediatric and elderly populations, it is a common auxiliary device for clinical respiratory disease treatment. Proper operation ensures optimal efficacy, delivering a safe and efficient medication experience for patients.
1.Core Parameters: With a 175ml capacity, the device adopts PETG for the medication holding chamber and PVC for the mask. Both materials are non-toxic and safe, complying with medical consumable standards. Available in two colors (yellow and orange), it suits different usage scenarios and preferences.
2.Mask Specifications: Three sizes categorized by applicable age groups for snug fit with facial contours of different populations:
·Size S: For infants aged 0–18 months
·Size M: For toddlers aged 1–5 years
·Size L: For children aged 5 and above, as well as adults
3.Detailed Design: The mask is made of soft, skin-friendly material that fits closely to the face, effectively preventing aerosol leakage and improving drug utilization rate. All components are detachable for easy cleaning, reducing bacterial growth and extending the device’s service life.

The core advantages of the 175ml AeroChamber Aerosol Inhaler stem from its scientific medication storage and mixing design. When aerosol from a Metered-Dose Inhaler (MDI) enters the holding chamber, drug particles fully mix with the air inside, fundamentally resolving the key pain point of "asynchrony between spraying and inhalation" in traditional MDIs. Users can take multiple steady breaths to facilitate more aerosol absorption by the respiratory tract. Compared with direct MDI use, it significantly increases the amount of drug reaching the airway and lung tissues while greatly reducing drug residue in the oropharynx. In addition, CFC propellants in the aerosol fully volatilize inside the chamber, effectively alleviating irritation to the oropharyngeal mucosa and enhancing medication comfort.
1.Precise Targeted Delivery: The medication storage and mixing design helps drugs reach pulmonary lesion sites accurately, boosting treatment pertinence.
2.Broad Compatibility: Compatible with most Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDIs) on the market, requiring no additional adapters for wide applicability.
3.Significant Efficacy Optimization: Improves delivery efficiency of MDI asthma medications, reduces drug waste, and enhances therapeutic effects.
4.Hassle-Free Maintenance: Easy-to-detach end cap enables convenient cleaning, keeping the device hygienic, extending service life and lowering operational costs.

Primarily suitable for children and the elderly, the product’s core indications include respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, and airway viral infections. It also serves as adjuvant treatment for pediatric pulmonary diseases like chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis, and pneumonia. Whether for hospital clinical treatment, chronic disease management in community health service centers, or daily home care, the 175ml AeroChamber Aerosol Inhaler delivers consistent performance, providing precise drug delivery support for respiratory disease treatment across scenarios.
1.Preparation
Open the dust cap of the mouthpiece and firmly attach the silicone mask to it; remove the protective cap of the MDI and shake it up and down 5–6 times to ensure thorough drug mixing.
2. Device Connection
Insert the shaken MDI vertically into the device base, ensuring a secure connection to avoid aerosol leakage.
3. Adult Usage
Wear the mask to fully cover the nose and mouth, or switch to the mouthpiece (bite it and seal lips tightly); actuate the MDI, then take slow, deep breaths and hold breath for a few seconds after each inhalation to allow full drug deposition.
4. Pediatric Usage
Ensure the mask fully covers the child’s nose and mouth; let the child take 8–10 natural breaths before removing the mask. Only 1 MDI actuation is needed per use; for a second administration, repeat the above steps after a 30-second interval.
5. Post-Use Handling
Pull out the MDI from the base and replace its protective cap; remove the mask, close the device’s dust cap, then detach all components, clean and air-dry them for future use.
